CurrentHandling all day to day task in accordance with our company standards and guidelines. Highpoint’s goal is to provide a positive work environment with a quality product while still focusing on the safety and health of employee’s and sub-contractors. Day to day operations consist of;• Managing relations with vendors, sub-contractors and material suppliers while improving operational efficiency in targeted areas, such as customer engagement, project management, project quotes and overall quality • Providing support for all of the work in process, reporting and updates for all projects to Vendor Managers on a weekly basis• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing transactions and ensure all revenue, cost of sale and capital expenses were forecast and actualized• Reviewing margins on each job and identify change order opportunities and bidding discrepancies
