- Managing the provisioning of workstations, phones, and servers, including inventory oversight and purchasing approval.
- Participating in after-hours maintenance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining documentation for effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Utilizing daily the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel), the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and Slack for efficient communication and task management.
