It Services Technician
Current● Providing comprehensive support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted workstation functionality for users accessing critical business applications, utilizing a ticketing system for streamlined issue resolution.● Performing new user setup, troubleshooting, and delivering an effective and welcoming user orientation on IT protocols and procedures.● Managing the provisioning of workstations, phones, and servers, including inventory oversight and purchasing approval.● Participating in after-hours maintenance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining documentation for effective communication and knowledge transfer.● Utilizing daily the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel), the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and Slack for efficient communication and task management.
