Manage production activities for the IRST Program area including F-15, F-18, Legion Pod and international programs. Responsibilities include: leading the direction of the program in the areas of proposals, program planning and execution, manpower planning, capital/capacity planning, NRE activity, process development, cost, schedule, and quality across six manufacturing centers for full DFARS Earned Value contracts. Coordinate with other functional areas and sites including engineering, quality, and procurement to drive key program milestones and improvements.

Served as the primary floor ME for Arrowhead. Support Arrowhead and TADS mechanical, optical, electrical, and bonding production lines. Improve manufacturing plans to reduce cost, improve cycle time, reduce HPU, and eliminate waste. Provide technical expertise in the build process for sub-assemblies on the TADS system. Serve as the Arrowhead hardware improvement team (HWIT) leader. Key contributor to improved manufacturing processes on the Afocal, Relay, and Night Side assemblies. Served as the Manufacturing Engineering Lead on the F-35 EOTS Program as well as supported other manufacturing engineers on multiple programs. Created and presented HPU and DPU step-down plans to the site director and also presented process-defects and EODIs at senior CAB meetings. Improved manufacturing process plans to reduce cost and eliminate waste. In 2012, initiatedover 500k in savings by implementing various process improvements such as: Created coating pallets for batch coating,implemented select and wave soldering to eliminate hand-soldering, and modified tools to eliminate defects. Troubleshot various test failures and provided complex re-work instructions to repair CCAs, ECAs, flex harnesses, and wire harnesses.
