Automatic Tire ChainsThe automatic tire chain system offers the traction of a single set of snow chains at the flip of a dashboard switch without having to stop the vehicle. The system works in forward, reverse or while braking in either direction. Our units fit most vehicles from a pick up truck to class eight tractor trailers. This product is a great application for vehicles that must hit the road regardless of the weather conditions. This is a brief list of some of our top applications: School Bus, Fire/Rescue Truck, Ambulance, Snow Plow, Yard Tractor, Propane Delivery, Tow Vehicles and Transit Buses.

• Developed a company from one agent to thirty eight agents with two offices selling over $30 million of real estate per year. • Analyzed the real estate market every three months to make required changes to my business to be successful in a rapidly changing market environment. By being in charge of all aspects of my business, I was able to make changes much quicker than other real estate companies and stay ahead of the competition and have a market advantage by being a quick change agent for my company.• Responsible for all aspects of the business. Engine remanufacturing• Assigned to the Dallas, Texas facility for nine months to increase the production from 32 automotive engines per day to 75 engines per day. This was accomplished by implementing Lean Manufacturing, developing an effective production schedule and correcting manufacturing defects.• Managed 178 employees with 11 supervisors on two shifts at the Franklin, Indiana facility. Coordinated the communication between shifts while coaching and training the supervisors to work as an effective team.• Maintained all OSHA and EPA procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the employees.• Implemented Lean Manufacturing which freed up 20% of the production floor and reduced WIP inventory by $3 million.• Utilized 5S to maintain a clean and organized work environment. By having an organized facility employee moral improves and production processes work more efficient.

Franklin Power Products was purchase by Delco Remy.• Prepared the monthly financials and reviewed all budget variances and provided a causal analysis for the variances. Worked with departments to make sure budget targets were met.• Developed standard costs for all products sold. This was used as basis for quoting new product lines.• Prepared the financial statements for the company’s joint venture with Navistar. I was also involved in presenting the companies financials at the quarterly board meeting of the joint venture with the president of Navistar and Delco Remy in attendance.• Responsible for tracking all capital equipment and maintaining a log of all equipment owned by the company. Prepared payback analysis for all new capital equipment requests to justify the purchase.• Oversaw the daily cash management of our holding company. This was a $20 million line of credit that would require borrowing or paying down on the loan on a daily basis. I was also responsible for collecting all inventory and receivable information from each of the seven company divisions for the line of credit compliance with the bank. Daily, weekly and a one month cash projection were performed for planning purposes.
