Temporary position for a NHS subcontractor called Intrahealth being part of the immunisation team for the Flu season 2020/21. I was responsible for the accurate inputting of all clinical information received onto the clinical system, working closely with the school Administration teams along with occasional problem solving regarding bureaucratic systems or training new staff in regards to aspects of the role. I was also required to communicate with individuals and organizations via telephone and e-mail to resolve any queries that may arise from parents, schools, clinicians, GPs, and internally. From this position my understanding of GDPR regulations has been further improved, likewise my ability to work in a team and the ability to accurately input data onto various platforms.
