UGL Limited is included in the ASX100 index of Australia’s largest companies. I was responsible for international business (P&L) in SE Asia at $30 million and strategy formulation within Infrastructure business unit for new markets and new offerings. Siemens Ltd. is part of a global company in electronics and electrical engineering, operating in the industry, energy and healthcare sectors. Led sales function for major projects, formulating sales strategy, developing sales forecasts, budget and sales force planning across oil & gas, renewable generation, transmission & distribution and resources segments. I had budget responsibility to $750 million.

I led a team of offering and product managers as well as being responsible for marketing communications within the transmission & distribution business. The team I led successfully implemented marketing plans covering 80% of sales providing strategic direction to a distributed national sales team. Activities improved Siemens market image by 10% as measured by customer survey compared to previous years. I continued the role as Business Development Manager during period.

Led sales business development and marketing across ANZ for FACTS & HVDC Turnkey Projects and Power Quality Offering. I achieved Sales of $36 million versus budget for $20 million. I developed Siemens offering in power quality and energy efficiency.

Prysmian is a leading player in the industry of high-technology cables and systems for energy and telecommunications. It was split from the Pirelli Group to become Prysmian in 2005. I championed the change Initiative across both Power and Telecom businesses using Six Sigma methods. I am a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and during this period the teams improved OEE, reduced internally captured defects by 60%, improved DIFOT substantially to above 95% and developed a strong improvement culture delivering quantifiable P&L impact.
