Assigned as an instructor at the Army Training Centre in Pirbright and in charge of delivering training for 12 to 36 soldiers at one time.Responsible for :- Turning civilian into basic Phase 1 soldier- Strategic planning and delivery to compensate for individuals with learning disability and maintaining the momentum with all common military syllabus - Managing and training standard entry soldiers to meet the requirements set by the British Army.- Engaging and mentoring learners in both classroom and practical situations where the assessment and management of risk is paramount.- Reporting to Troop Commanders (commissioned officers) about recruits daily performances- Reporting to Officer in Command (commissioned officers) by writing weekly reports on personal performances and welfare - Continuously maintaining health and safety at the work place - Rapport building

Assigned as a training instructor at the Sniper School. Responsibilities included:- Thorough planning and preparation during different stages of the course- Train, mentor and motivate the students - Teach various lessons to the highest standards (i.e. map reading, counter surveillance etc..)- Plan and execute any concealed task while leading 6-8 men on a course critical level

Promoted over the years from Private Soldier to LCorporal and lastly to LSergeant. Deployed to various countries to observe and mentor highly skilled soldiers (4-6).Main responsibilities include: - The daily development and welfare of the team under my command- Provide written reports to my Chain of Command (CoC) on my team development- Deliver the relevant training as required by the tasks - Ensure good administration of the private soldiers within the section - Ensure nominal roles and rota are all written and called- The detailed planning and safe navigation for my section and other agencies- Observe and mentor foreign forces
