Translating the Regional Quality strategy and deploying this within the business. Managing functionally the Quality network within area of responsibility with DQA, SQA, CM and the Services Quality.Managing directly the Quality Standardization that defines standard Quality processes between Projects and Sites within the area of responsibility (Lead Site + Lean Sites). Liaising with BT Quality Management System to define standard process in collaboration with the sites and functions. Ensuring deployment of quality system and driving improvement initiatives in alignment with Achieving Excellence Core Team with support of his/her team (Validating and approving all site audit, surveillance, certification and special process qualification plans, ensuring the Quality resource and competence mapping for all Quality functions to ensure pro-active approach, developing, implementing and governing an efficient Quality Management System)Contributing strongly to the right governance of Gate Reviews: providing resources for Red Teams, taking part in the GR milestones, anticipating the relevant actions. Ensuring the pro-active management of Quality Satisfaction.

Development and communication of the quality policy, strategic quality planning and quality objectives; ensuring that quality policies are rigorously implemented. Maintaining the Site certification related to ISO9001, ISO15085, IRIS and Investors in Excellence. Communicating the importance, to the organisation, of meeting requirements linked to the Customer, regulatory and statutory bodies. Ensuring that processes needed for the integrated business system are established implemented and maintained. In co-operation with HSE, managing the supervision of the integrated business system and reporting about the performance of the integrated business systems and any need for improvement; carrying out: internal audits and annual Management Review Summaries. Challenging the organisation on the need for preventive and corrective actions, including monitoring and close out. Defining and aligning the quality management system certification strategy in co-operation with HSE management systems. Supporting the Site with welding coordination, design input through to assembly / test and certification to EN15085.
