Project Name: Ermington - Royal Shores. This project is a 600 unit development located in the city of Parramatta and has a total cost of $200 million. However, I myself am working on one site which includes 4 towers and 2 basements (329 units). Skills developed:1)Managing Quality Control throughout project.2)Interacting with client.3)Assisting Project Manager and Design Manager.4)Supporting site crew and subcontractors with any queries.5)Interacting with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to update plans and make sure items are adequate for use. .6)Reviewing works from consultants and subcontractors. Making sure shop drawings are revised and for construction use.7)Interacting with City of Parramatta council.

Project name: Victoria Park - Platinum. This project consists of a 322 unit development which includes the construction of 6 buildings and located in the City of Sydney region. Project Cost: $100 million. Skills developed:1)Managing Quality Control throughout project and after project completion.2)Interacting with clients and purchasers.3)Assisting the Project Manager and Design Manager.4)Supporting site crew and subcontractors with any queries.5)Interacting with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to update plans and make sure all items are adequate for use on project. 6)Reviewing works from consultants and subcontractors. Making sure shop drawings are revised and for construction use.7)Public domain works (Parks, paving and landscape). This includes electrical works, hydraulics etc. 8)Dealing with City of Sydney Council, and making sure all works have been completed up to requirements.
