Responsible for management of the rookie division of coaches and athletes. Cooperated with a team of coaches to deliver high-quality sports programming and promote team dynamics, positive coaching principles, and athletic development. Supplied and adapted developmentally appropriate sport and movement instruction to athletes aged 5-12.

Head coached Youth Soccer and Basketball. Designed and implemented effective training programs for young athletes of varying skill levels, analyzing athletic performance and providing constructive feedback to improve technique. Maintained constant communication and positive relationships with athletes, parents, and peer coaches.
