Assistant Financial Controller
CurrentThroughout the course of my career with SAP, I have worked alongside the Market Unit CFO and Controllers, providing financial and stakeholder reports as well as staffing internal orders. I have assisted in loading of budget numbers as well as forecast preparation. In my current position I have created a report for our Market Units, which has assisted in standardised reporting across our region.In my current role, my responsibilities are: - Send out EHF reports from Cash Collections team on accounts at risk of concession. - Prepare software reconciliation for Market Unit showing revenue/deals currently booked and status of pending deals to be booked. - Assist in preparation of Forecast/Latest Estimates and Budget reports with uploading of software revenue and related royalty costs. - Prepare journals to reclass expenses and revenues to related cost objects i.e. cost centers, internal orders. - Create/staff internal orders for supporting events, consultants helping deals. - Assist with tidying up profit center node i.e. change/add profit center manager, add/remove profit centers. - Distribute reports to affected stakeholders e.g. Internal Charges reports to market unit controllers highlighting main costs for a particular month, triage report to commercial finance team showing deals pending to be booked for a particular quarter.
