I am a proven leader, mentor, and coworker. I pride myself on my interpersonal skills and my ability to work with anyone. In the military, I have supervised and taught up to 11 employees to complete tasks such as weapons handling, operating heavy machinery, and demolitions. I ensured these tasks were performed with minimal error, all while in a high-stress environment. The key take-away from that: no situation is too stressful for me. Outside of the Army, I have taken a much more relaxed position for my day-to-day. I have been trusted from very early on to be an integral member of software installations for large-scale customers, and have been trusted to be the sole specialist on last-minute projects and installations. I was trusted to complete these tasks with no errors and to ensure satisfaction of customers throughout the installation; I have always delivered.I am keen on having a good work ethic, being organized, having attention to detail, and being flexible. I tend to dedicate free time to helping out peers and subordinates to ensure everyone is progressing how they deserve. I have been told I have a way of teaching that reaches everyone.
