As a partner and principal of Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, I will provide guidance and expertise in leading Physician and Hospital Alignment and Integration, Strategic Business Planning, Specialty Service Line Development, Supply Chain Cost Reduction Strategies and Negotiations, Operational Efficiency and Improvement, and Leadership Development and Management Support.These services will further be enhanced through the other key services of Pinnacle including Compensation and Business Valuation, Practice Management, Coding, Compliance and Litigation Support, Physician Peer Review and related Healthcare Consulting services.

Paragon Health was acquired by Navigant Consulting on Oct 1, 2011. In my new role, I'll continue to work with Health Systems, Hospitals, Practices, and Payors to Design, Develop, and Implement solutions that create high-performing organizations. Primary focus will include Strategy, Hospital-Physician Integration and Alignment, CV Service Line/Enterprise Structures, and CV Supply Chain Management to build strong and sustainable organizations.

Through the combination of expertise and real experience, Paragon Health combines health administrators from across Hospital and Practice Management roles.
