University Louisville Hospital

Install and configure network equipment to meet industry standards. Cisco Catalyst 3850x Multi-layer switches. Troubleshoot all network connectivity issues presented by the installation new equipment and the removal of outdated equipment. Implemented wireless Cisco 5508 controllers and 3602i LWAPs. Trouble shoot all wireless connectivity issues that occurred after old devices were decommissioned.

Manage labor to achieve labor and production goals. Develop new associates to meet their goals and help ensure they are successful. Coordinate with Ops Control to ensure the entire operation is meeting the production goals and formulate strategies to succeed. Formulate and build excel spread sheets to generate reports that explain and calculate production loss based on learning curves and early exits. Run reports in Access to find quality error patterns, occurrences, and production history. Assess the process to find any opportunity to invent and simplify the process that I oversee.
