Since graduating with my B.S. in Psychology, I have remained steadfast in my pursuit of attending graduate school and fulfilling my aspiration of becoming a therapist. The experiences gained at the University of Oregon, such as collaborating with the Stress Neurobiology and Prevention Lab to conduct research for my thesis on the impact of maternal adverse childhood experiences on child executive function, have solidified my commitment to the mental health field.Beyond academics, my love for the outdoors—expressed through activities like snowboarding, rock climbing, and surfing—reflects my belief in the holistic well-being that encompasses physical and mental health.
