Leads a staff of highly skilled Soldiers who are responsible for monitoring, managing, planning, engineering, defending/securing, and troubleshooting over 20 tactical mesh networks while maintaining Network Operations Center (NOC) Battle Rhythm functions.• Responsibilities include monitoring, tracking and publishing 335th Signal Command Theaters Operation Policies and United States Army Reserve (USARC) Operation Orders for a command of 7,000 military and civilian personnel. • Manage the monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting of Tactical/Strategic Communications network with a mesh of over 1000 users.• Produce, format, and edit Operation Orders in accordance with Field Manual 5-0 disseminated to 7,000 military and civilian personnel.• Coordinate and plan with various staff sections on implementation of the Continuity of Operations Plan.• Brief Chief of Operations Director and commanding staff of significant changes or service interruptions concerning the Tactical/Strategic Communications Network.• Compile critical information and edit command staff sections’ slides presented to the Commanding General.• Manage the upkeep and operational use of the Tactical Network Management System (TNMS) used during Theater Operations.• Manage personnel and equipment worth $2.5 million housed in the Tactical Network Command Center which monitor secured/non secured network mesh that supports 2000 users.

Managed and enforced Army Reserve Network guidelines and procedures and ensured information systems accessibility and security. Responsible for performance of variety of technical, analytical, advisory, liaison coordination duties, and managed unit and individual training.• Managed an Engineer Telecommunications system during deployment and peace time operations. Responsible for managing voice, data, and video teleconference network services to more than 150 users located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).• Served as Administrator for Enterprise Operations/Service Desk, and Information Assurance within the 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC) for 6000 users.• Responsible for managing the budgetary requirements associated with life cycle management of all computing, networking, and mobile devices for more than 6000 users located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) on a monthly bases.• Managed and planned surprise audits within the command's Area of Operations ensuring users are in compliance with the Information Assurance policy and procedures of the Army Reserve Network (ARNET).• Responsible for managing and operating Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATTRS) to assist individual soldiers with educational and training needs and requirements for 250 military personnel.• Approval authority of command training and scheduling system Regional Level Application Software (RLAS) for an estimated $750K training budget.
