The project consisted of multiple smaller projects, but the overall project was off course to meet the Government deadline, and I was brought on board for on short-term contract to bring it back on schedule, and hand it off to a full time Project Manager. o On a separate contract, worked as a CPG Project Manager with Nestle Coffee Partners for commercialization of Starbucks and Seattle’s Best Coffee K-Cups, on new product, line extension, and graphics packaging projects. Coordinated closely with the co-manufacturer and third party vendors during the project development lifecycle. Responsible for two major strategic Sustainability projects to reduce plastic waste on K-Cup products by over six hundred metric tons per year. Worked within the Stage Gate process on all projects to organize the team, develop and build the project plan, and to meet milestones and deliverables.
