Executive Managing Director of Special Situations and Head of Carlton’s European, Asian and Bahamian business, responsible for the origination and placement of large corporate and commercial real estate related transactions for sale or recapitalization; either, conventionally or on a structured level basis. Tony is a 40 year veteran of the commercial real estate marketplace for both performing and non-performing loans and assets either for sale or acquisition, any related recapitalizations and or structured leveraged financing. During his career tenure and since joining Carlton in 2010, Tony has personally originated and placed over $20 billion of commercial real estate and corporate transactions. He is also a Licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1983. Tony remains an active member of his local residential community with extensive political and business ties in the US and abroad. He attended Fordham University at the Lincoln Center campus for a B.A. in Economics and Minor in Business/Pre-Law and currently maintains Dual Citizenship in the United States and European Union.
