As volunteer coordinator for the Sacred Heart University Habitat for Humanity Chapter, I coordinate all volunteer opportunities and workdays with our local affiliate, Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County. I also work with other executive positions to facilitate weekly meetings for volunteer training and club development. In this role, I also led the planning and execution of a Habitat for Humanity Collegiate Challenge trip, coordinating with affiliate organizations around the country to secure workdays and community service opportunities. I managed logistical aspects of the trip for over 15 students and faculty, including travel arrangements, accommodation, meal planning, and scheduling group activities to ensure a well-rounded experience.

My role in the Office of Volunteer Programs & Service Learning is to facilitate the safe and timely transport of students to and from Community Engagement opportunities across the greater Bridgeport area while fostering relationships between Sacred Heart University and our Community Partners. I engage directly with community organizations and their staff during volunteer shifts, building rapport, addressing immediate needs, and ensuring that students integrate smoothly into the volunteer environment. My focus on cultivating trust and personal connections during these interactions enhances our partnerships and contributes to the positive reputation of the university's community engagement efforts.

As an employee of Shore Brake Cyclery, I assist in the sales and rentals of bicycles and accessories, assist with product recommendations and services to customers based on their needs and preferences, and facilitate in the rental and delivery of bicycles. I aided in a 25% increase in profits from 2022-2023, personally contributing to over $120,000 in sales revenue. In addition to sales, I manage inventory levels to ensure the shop remains stocked with high-demand products and accessories, communicate with suppliers and company representatives to coordinate timely deliveries and help streamline product placement strategies to enhance visibility and drive sales.During the summer of 2024, I took on the role of Marketing Intern at Shore Brake Cyclery, where I led efforts to enhance the shop’s digital presence. I developed targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp, built a segmented customer list to drive engagement, and curated weekly content calendars for social media platforms using Meta Business Suite. Additionally, I created long-form blog posts focused on product education and cycling lifestyle, designed to attract a diverse audience, including road cyclists, mountain bikers, and casual riders.

As a Social Media Manager for Re/Max Real Estate Associate Brokers, I manage social calendars, publish marketing content across agents' Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite, as well as produce advertisements with the use of Canva Pro.

In my position as Director of Public Relations, I created all advertisements and marketing for Student Government using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. I also managed all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as well as sent global emails to all SHU students and staff. Through this postion I was able to personally contribute to over 60,000 account impressions across multiple platforms.

As a Party and Event Attendant and Organizer at Rab's Country Lanes I managed and supervised parties and events of 10-100 people and registered food and event sales while providing quality and courteous customer service.
