I feel that I have lived and experienced three industries within one lifetime. And turning 40 this year tells you I had to start early. By 20 years old I was managing entire airport operations in 7 cities across this beautiful country. I knew then that I had the desire to be a leader in whatever I wanted to do, and I relished in meeting new people, taking on large national projects, and facilitating success with great people! I came back though to a passion of being in the flooring industry. I was raised in a small town, and we had a family owned flooring retail store. I worked summers laying carpet, tile and VCT all across West Texas. . . . and swore I would never be in this business when I grew up!My drive and direction from there are relevant below:I love the positive energy created by growth, teamwork and success!
