I am a true technical and software development project manager and Scrum master. Having started my career in IT, I worked my way up through the ranks of desktop support, help desk management, and site administration providing me valuable insight that many Scrum masters and project managers do not have.I have spent the last 10 years honing my project management and Scrum master skills while working for Hewlett Packard and Exxon Mobil, keeping abreast of technology and the latest PMO practices .
