CurrentPersonnel administrator/department leader that successfully raised productivity by over 65% through training initiatives resulting in more professional qualifications earned than any other department by utilizing countless training and mentoring techniques learned from remarkable leaders and supervisors that guided me throughout my career. As an air traffic controller I have had the privilege of being taught by the most talented and dedicated mentors and instructors that the military has had to offer. Through that experience I have developed a unique ability of adaptability, stressful and quick problem solving, emergency management, team coordination, and task completion. As a senior leader I have had the privilege to lead the finest group of men and women that I have ever met, and through that I have honed my skills in employee engagement, team dynamics, project management, policy implementation, and conflict resolution. I am looking forward to and excited about the opportunities in applying these skills outside of the military and exploring more about the Human Resources field.
