Develope, Implement and Manage the Special Communications Training program ISO USA Special Operations Command

Responsible for the Enterprise and the Operations of the Virtual Network Operations and Security Center (VNOSC) providing 24/7, 365 day Enterprise support for 29 NATO Nations and 7 Non-NATO Nations. Where users, programs and processes receive Tier I & Tier II support & triage on all things systems and applications, network and transport. Supporting tier one service request actions and implementation, communication and documentation of service interruptions or degradation. Serves as the focal point for any communications regarding outages, recall notification, natural disaster / COOP coordination
