•Established a Community Vaccination Center (CVC) in Dallas, TX that administered over 425,000 vaccines to Dallas County in less than 90 days. Responsible for coordinating with over 150 FEMA representatives and other government entities to establish a CVC site. Collaborated with state and local leaders to acquire vaccines, implement messaging campaigns, and facilitate a positive environment with the local population. •Directly responsible for job training and administrative actions for 37 employees. Coordinated the planning and operations for 11 heavy equipment vehicles, valued at over $56.3M. • Supervised the job training and administrative actions for 15 employees. Ensured the maintenance and safe operation of 5 heavy equipment vehicles, valued at over $33.8M. • Employed logistics knowledge and procedures to plan and successfully transport heavy vehicles, industrial containers, sensitive equipment, and hazardous materials safely to the Republic of Korea along with personnel transport planning for 90+ employees. • At a port abroad managed a team of 75 employees and supervised the safe unloading of vehicles and containers from a cargo ship. Ensured accountability of 257 heavy vehicles and 138 cargo containers per the manifest and organized the loading operations to railcars for transport to the destination in the Republic of Korea. • Managed the project timelines, resources, and equipment for major training operations. This resulted in 67+ tank crews qualifying on their assigned vehicles and facilitating a 100% qualified rating for all crews prior to transport to the Republic of Korea. Recognized by senior staff with a Commendation award for demonstrated leadership and planning excellence. • Leveraged management skills to prevent Covid-19 positive persons by implementing and supervising an 87-person organization for 49 days; ensured 100% non-infection success rate for 14K civilians and soldiers.

•Applied knowledge of regulatory guidance and international finance to draft proposals between the Canadian government, the Ukrainian government, and three private entities to finance a renewable energy platform project for a 1GW energy facility in Ukraine costing over $23M. This directly impacted over 250,000 residences with the new energy capabilities. •Performed detailed analysis and judgment while researching the financing of new clean and renewable energy projects in the European, Southern Asia, and Middle Eastern regions that directly led to financing for two projects valued at a combined $17.5M and a total of .92GW.•Assisted in providing comprehensive solutions in the fields of cost reduction, performance management, and optimizing business processes which resulted in a total cost saving of over $820k while increasing annual process efficiency by 11%.
