A temporary position in which I was responsible for the setting up and supervising a kerbside recycling scheme in Anglesey serving 10,000 households. Duties include monitoring of the scheme, organisation of collection rounds, supervising the collection teams and liasing with customers, end-users and local authority officers.

During this period I planned and oversaw the expansion of the scheme from 3,000 to 20,00 households.
