Landscape scale and reserve based heathland restoration and creation.Management of team of four staff, contractors and volunteers Biological monitoring. Including planning and implementing surveys. Management planning and budget control.Liaison with statutory and voluntary bodies, private landowners The team achieved restoration of over 560 ha of heathland across Dorset and the creation and restoration of a new RSPB Reserve
