Primary Responsibilities:• Responsible for overall administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of all Physical Host, Standalone/Virtual Machine Servers, Host Storage etc. Under Data Center Operations (NOC).• Configure Physical Machines as a host (ESXi and Windows Servers).• Use of monitoring tools to diagnose and troubleshoot server failures.• Experienced in Active Directory of all entity under different domains. Account configuration, reset and unlock, LDAP group configuration etc.• Experienced in email system using Exchange, account creation, rules applied, account provisioning, tracking message via powershell commands, deleting Logs, repairing, exporting and migrating database via powershell etc.• Experienced as G-suite administrator migration account from exchange to G-suite cloud base email system.• Monitors physical status, logs, and queues of servers. Also provides records, documentation, layout and inventory of all Equipment.• Proactively used monitoring tools (alarms and trending graphs) to determine server production issues.• Working with Appliance Vendors, Software Developers and Database Admins as a server support.• Working with project managers, center management, supervisors, and end users on specific issues related to server or systems.• Manages patching and software updates using WSUS, Languard and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.• Provides End User Support for workstation hardware/software and ensure appropriate monitoring and handling of Servers, LAN/WAN platforms in terms of service levels.• Work in a Data Center Environment (ISO 27001: 2013)• Provides Data Center Management through Environmental control, Monitoring of Electrical Power, Installation and provisioning Low-voltage cable routing, Fire Suppression Systems and CCTV Security.
