Work as a team or lone worker to perform plant preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure reliability of Instrumentation, Process Controls, Control Loops, Analytical devices and Plant Operation. Use SAP/Prometheus as a source of workflow for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and maintain site inventory. Maintain site spares inventory and make recommendations to any missing spares needed. Utilize Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Hazardous Work Permits (HWP) while performing work. Provide support on a call out routine in the event of plant unexpected shutdowns and or maintenance. Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and install Instrumentation used in the manufacturing process. Repair and diagnose any problematic electronic control circuits and components. Coordinate directly with contractors to supply the site any necessary assistance in maintenance and turnarounds. Using the companies Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) process, create redlined electrical and PID drawings to execute changes within the plant’s original designs. Assist in Plant turnarounds at local and other company sites including planned turnarounds, new facility startup and repair, emergency outages and incident investigation. Prepare Turnaround scopes and execute time management during the scheduled window to perform as much as possible.
