Anthony is Head of Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning in Qatar, with 25 years of international experience in Transportation Planning. He is a specialist in providing Development Planning and Traffic Engineering services to support major development projects, mega urban master plans and transport infrastructure projects. Anthony has extensive experience in project managing highway and transportation led projects and liaising with key stakeholders to obtain approvals for design layouts and Traffic Impact Studies, including preparing and providing specialist advice on legal transport agreements and submission of planning applications.Anthony enjoys working closely with architects and the client team to develop efficient and workable designs. He is a specialist in designing site access solutions, circulation arrangements and large car park layouts for major retail led developments around the world to ensure that safe, workable, attractive and cost efficient solutions are designed and approved.He has an in-depth knowledge of developing innovative transport strategies and integrated designs for pedestrian, cyclists, public transport systems (bus, rail/ metro stations and taxi facilities) and logistic projects, and has a wealth of experience in developing efficient highway and junction designs. Anthony was Head of Traffic Engineering at CPO within the Ministry of Municipality of Urban Planning providing expert transport planning advice at Ministerial level on the priority and sequencing of all major transportation infrastructure projects within the state of Qatar.
