With over 31 years of experience in IT for Engineering firms, I am a seasoned veteran, an innovator, and a forward thinker with an impeccable reputation in the Engineering industry. As IT Manager of Engineering Systems at ARCADIS, I am responsible for working with IT and the Engineering Divisions to provide IT infrastructure and efficient, scalable, design technologies that significantly improve project efficiency, reduce costs, with a direct positive bottom line impact.I also serve as a consultant to the TKI teams, BIM teams, and Engineering Divisions with respect to applying these solutions to the Engineering business’ reducing the amount of time spent on Design Projects. He is also often asked to present these solutions to client and the project teams.A skilled and seasoned manager, I joined Malcolm Pirnie in 1990. Not only did I create and implemented the company’s first CADD standards and best practices, but I also served as CADD R&D Manager and National CADD Coordinator, exponentially improving design project efficiency throughout the firm through a range of effective design solutions and best practices. When Malcolm Pirnie joined ARCADIS in 2010, I was instrumental in the integration of the Engineering’s Systems group into corporate IT and served on the initial IT integration team. I have since supervised the ARCADIS IT Engineering Systems group staff while continuing to provide effective design solutions to the Engineering businesses directly contributing to the firm’s success.
