Main responsibility entailed managing and inputting season statistics via Microsoft excel. Another duty dealt with coaching underclassmen and helping their development in open competition.

Provided general landscaping and grounds maintenance for the campus using heavy equipment. Specifically responsible for campus irrigation and sprinkler related issues and emergenciesTasks entailed independent work as well as group work to accomplish daily goals. Helped to increase work output and productivity in my group by motivating others and maintaining focus.

Provide nutritional services to high school and NCAA Division I collegiate athletes to help them achieve their goals of competing at their peak ability. Responsible for analyzing athletes' current eating habits and coming up with an easy to follow dietary guideline to get the most out of their time and energy. The key to their success was providing educational plans that not only told the athletes what to eat but also how to make appropriate food choices on their own. Responsibilities also included body composition measurements through the use of a BodPod to better track the athletes' progress. Another responsibility included researching the efficacy, safety, and permissibility in accordance with the NCAA of various supplement products. Worked closely under the supervision of a RD.

Organize and run my own youth/high school club wrestling practices. Develop practices around individuals needs as well as developing kids into great young adults.
