Human Resources Generalist
Current-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.-Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.-Work collaboratively with KGS departments in developing and implementing HR programs, policies and procedures, and oversee change progress, process improvements and effectiveness of policy/procedural changes.-Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.-Provide day-to-day performance guidance to management.-Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to ensure regulatory compliances are met. -Ensure compliance with wage determinations (SCA) and administer Collective Bargaining Agreements-Assist with new hire orientation and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to KGS. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
