Focusing on key accounts I receive requests for technical quotations, covering a broad range of Industrial Electrical Consumables.I contact manufacturers and suppliers to get the best cost prices and then produce detailed quotations within margin guidelines. I then process the purchase orders ensuring all information is correct both technically and commercially. Customer Service is very important within this role – ensuring all clients are happy with our services. I take ownership of any requests to expedite orders and contact couriers and suppliers to go the extra mile to make sure that the ordered goods arrive in the right place at the right time.I have also been involved with negotiating excellent discounts from other manufacturers and suppliers. Developing new business that can then be utilised within the Rexel group of companies.
