My current role as a Field Service Engineer for medical devices across Australasia includes face-to-face customer support, troubleshooting, repairs, installs and preventative maintenance. Additionally, I run technical training classes for nurses/biomeds as required and offer advice as an application specialist to all medium to major hospital staff ANZ wide.Personally, I love interacting with customers and problem solving making my role very enjoyable. I have build a great relationship with our customers which I will take with me on my next journey and continue to build.
