-Responsible for dispersal and tracking of sales leads for all 11 locations. Leads were sent out to store managers via E-mail and tracked via Excel spreadsheet.-Created a weekly leads report for the managers, territory managers, and CEO of the company that showed all leads that were contacted, made attempt, and not contacted. This was done using the Goldmine CRM program and an Excel Spreadsheet.-In charge of all lead ROI. I would create a report using an Excel spreadsheet that would display the top lead sources and how many vehicles were sold from that lead source.-Created a monthly Vehicles Sold Report using the program Lot Wizard and an Excel spreadhseet. This report would show all 11 locations' sales production and give a total company wide gross monetary figure. These reports were sent to all store managers, territory managers, and the CEO.-In charge of vehicle inventory for upload to vendor micro sites using the Lot Wizard program. These micro sites were an extention of the vendor's main website and would be search engine optimized for internet searches.-Assisted the Marketing Manager in creating ads for purchased advertising spaces via industry publications and the internet.
