Project managing UK theatrical tours of Regal Entertainments’ productions and managing tender process for pantomime contracts at external venues. I source venues to tour to, negotiate contracts and route tours, and I identify and complete tenders. At our Headquarters, I company manage all in-house productions at St Helens Theatre Royal, co-manage the box office, consult on marketing strategy and deputise for the Theatre Manager. In 2024, I produced Celebration of the Century, a St Helens community variety show with 200 participants, wrote the bid for our Merseyside Independent Business awards nomination, successfully fund-raised and managed the installation of a new Hearing Loop system, increasing accessibility in the venue and modernised the box office, selling programmes, merch and confectionary online, as well as installing new POS terminals.

Day-to-day management of the Epstein Theatre, Liverpool. I was the first point of contact for stakeholders including landlords, city council and promotors. I was responsible for programming, sales & marketing strategy, profitability, staffing, H&S and maintenance.Key Successes• Increase of Box Office turn over within 12 months• Increase of F&B turnover within 6 months• The venue’s best-ever Pantomime Sales• Complete restructure of staff and operations leading to an increase in profitability and a reduction in waste.• I led an increase in diverse programming, particularly highlighting female comediennes and drag performance. I developed a strategic plan for new writing, LGBT performance and an increase in community-led projects.

I developed and delivered all entertainment content for the business. I was responsible for PR & marketing strategy. I worked with key licensee Aardman Animations and created performance content for Shaun the Sheep live performances. I developed the Easter offer and enhanced the customer experience of the massively successful Farmer Christmas event. I produced the Award-winning haunted attraction, Farmaggedon including casting, managing the rehearsal schedule, directing & creative production of the performance. Key projects included; launching new attraction Maze of Death, launching the bar (increasing secondary sales), developing the Battle of the Bands competition, enhancing the professional dance troupe and launching D.J Zone – Scary-oke. I wrote the staff behaviour policy and contributed to the implementation of new Marketing, POS and Box Office system.

Director Culture Warrington. The charity manages key Warrington venues Parr Hall, Pyramid and Warrington Museum and Art Gallery. I sat on the HR and Strategic Planning sub-committees.

Director LCR Pride Foundation. Delivering Liverpool Pride and the LCR Pride Awards.

Led the marketing, box office, volunteer and customer experience team. I managed budgets and developed marketing contras, created and implemented strategies for audience development and use of venue. I led audience research and analysis, reporting to Unity Board and Arts Council England in line with NPO responsibilities. I led the PR for the venue’s £800,000 capital redevelopment project and implemented GDPR policy. Key successes
• I developed the marketing strategy which achieved the venue’s best Christmas show sales in excess of £60,000.• Led the International PR strategy for hit Unity production Nina - a story about me and Nina Simone which included reviews in every major UK newspaper including the Guardian and the Financial Times, as well as the New York Times. This work considerably raised the profile of Unity Theatre nationally and internationally. 
• I led the rebranding of Unity, making Unity’s visual identity fit for purpose in today’s marketplace.
• I wrote the winning bid for our Liverpool Tourism Awards nomination of Entertainment Venue of the Year 2018. 
• Contributed to successful NPO application.

Day-to-day marketing for touring productions including, creation of marketing campaigns, distribution of print, e-marketing and database management, brochure editing, copywriting, proofreading and venue message. In 2013 I was promoted to a full-time role, with my prime objective being marketing one-night productions. I worked on major campaigns for Disney Theatricals, Cameron Mackintosh Productions and UK Productions.
