The Principal – Rail Systems and Safety Assurance at SMEC provides expert technical and Project Management skills to support the ongoing activities of this leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. This role is responsible for the review of key projects being delivered as well as assisting in the development of concept designs in conjunction with the Design Team (as required and includes Safety in Design). The role contributes to the strategic direction of SMEC’s Rail Team.
