About Anthony Rainey

I received my PhD from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in Spring 2021. I specialize in quantitative research involving workplaces and organization. I analyze both social and economic relations within the workplace. I have published scientific articles on workplace bullying, for example, as well as between-workplace earnings/income inequalities. and I am involved in a multi-country, interdisciplinary project involving the analysis of large, administrative data with a focus on understanding workplace inequalities. I currently hold a position as a Senior Research Analyst at The Donahue Institute. There, I am part of two projects involving the policy evaluation of STEM education-related DEI programs.
