With a unique experience working with and supporting disabled people on the Front-line, to Corporate Social Responsibility and the consideration of disabled people during evacuation strategy planning and implementation. In regards to equality (equity) diversity and inclusion I have closely worked with publicentities and commercial executive and leadership teams to reach organisational EDI goalsand encourage organisational-wide awareness of EDI issues. My roles also includedsupporting the organisation to strategist, build, analyse, report, and inform EDI management data and develop and promoting future EDI actions.In my past I have been a personal guide buddy for a blind friend, A trustee with a charity working with deaf young people, a disability engagement officer with young people neurodiversity & inertia project, a physical and mobility advocate with my group of wheelchair user friends, and a person with a hidden disability. It encompasses human rights and environmental issues, contributing to community development, all the while improving company reputation, brand image and corporate culture.
