Cover national and international news stories as assigned and report the facts on station's newscasts, recorded programs and/or during other live broadcasts, either in the studio or on location. Write press releases, scripts, lead-ins, cues and bridges as requested by bureau management. Communicate with national and international news outlets, assignment editors and managers regarding story development, progress in the field and/or breaking news stories. Build relationships with the international community and their leadership for the purpose of developing connections for story leads.*Serves as a lead correspondent for international news liaison on a variety of topics including: military defense, national security, and international development.

Manage corporate marketing and communications functions, overseeing a budget in excess of$125,000 and 12-member team. Direct brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, sales collateral and event marketing. Selected Accomplishments:* Developed and launched integrated, multichannel print, web and direct marketing campaigns that propelled yearly sales in excess of 12 million dollars.* Collaborated on market launch of 3 new properties in the Washington DC area. Identified opportunities, researched new product possibilities, collaborated with engineering team on use of new digital systems for improved performance.* Researched, reviewed, and disseminated information related to federal policy issued by the Federal Communications Commission.* Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.* Produced media kit that demonstrated key marketing analytics and demographics for use in presentations. Efforts were credited as instrumental in closing numerous high-level deals.

Coordinated with multiple departments to expedite broadcasting of deliverables according to specifications required by the FCC, Entercom Communications and top tier clients. * Expanded client base by 78% in four years by consistently delivering goal-surpassing marketing results and ensuring complete client satisfaction.* Analyzed and identified broadcast system issues and made recommendations to the developers. Provided analysis and input for new system implementation plans. Took assertive action to overcome obstacles, mitigate risk and resolve issues.

* Managed wholesale supply accounting contracts within multiple units. Task included multimedia data entry, scanning and retrieval systems functions, generating routine reports, and performing technical research functions for customer inquiries, in addition to requisition and procurement processing. * Reviewed reports to prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, performed reconciliations, and took timely action to ensure corrective action of problem areas.
