The Property Book / Supply Technician performs a variety of technical supply management work which includes inventory control, storage management, distribution, cataloging, supply identification systems, property utilization, accounting and supply reports using assigned management information system and other related activities as required by contract.

Responsible for material management and procurement activities at project level.Oversees and provides guidance to personnel responsible for obtaining goods and services.Ensures all valid requisitions are received and processed into the inventory database.Coordinates purchasing activities with quality assurance.Receiving and offloading freight and parcels using the provided machinery and equipment.Expert proficiency and knowledge with operating sit down forklifts, stand up forklifts, hand jack, Accellos One Systems and Facts Systems.

Stocked and maintained storage spacing and conditioning, removing products from the assembly line.Palletized packing and wrapping final product for distribution and shipping.Compiled inventory and entered information into company database for all finished product based on shelf life and rotation.Inspected and maintained electric and gas powered forklift on a daily basis before and after each use.Maintained all storage areas and equipment used by loaders and off-loaders.Initiated all shipping and receiving receipts from all freight shipped and received.

Maintained inventory accountability for all consumables with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31 (MALS-31) as well as surrounding units and squadronsDeployed with six squadrons as and “expeditor” which included the responsibility of acquiring and handling the shipment and receipt of aircraft parts and materials.Procured, processed, and shipped more than 35,000 consumables per fiscal year.Organized and constructed supply and material reports daily.Ensured proper security, inspection, issuance, return, and accountability of weapons such as: M4, M9, M11Operated stand up and sit down forklifts, flatbeds, MITS, and box vans to deliver and transport materials to and from multiple squadrons
