Also, responsible for laboratory audit and keeping SDS/MSDS up to date with all chemicals.• Oversee all fluid testing’s using Grace Rheometer and analytical laboratory equipment, which will model fracturing fluid systems for industrial applications.• Provide compiled data, which includes analytical and fluid chemistry, using high pressure/high temperature equipment and reporting data to Applications Engineer and Customer.• In conjunction with other departments, manage assigned projects and monitor project status to ensure targets are met on a priority basis.• Manage, evaluate and design optimal fracturing fluid systems and identify any potential enhancements or errors.• Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated properly.• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure consistency of fluid testing.• Responsible for inventory of laboratory and inventory of all Frac vans.
