 Primary Engagement Manager Delegate for Wealth Management and Wells Fargo Investment Institute lines of business including a population of category managed engagements. Established an alternative practice and completed all third party due diligence for Wealth Management and Abbot Downing Separately Managed Account third party engagements.  Manage third party engagements through the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle in the Third Party system of record. Display comprehensive understanding and subject matter expertise of all third party program lifecycle requirements. Ensure engagements remain compliant with the Third Party Program Partner with Strategic Sourcing Consultants on new engagements requests for contract and third party due diligence work to be completed in tandem.  Assist with system of record quarterly UAT testing as needed.

 Serve as SME for the Strategic Partnership alternative practice in third party system of record. Produce and present metrics along with clear and concise reporting to senior leadership.  Performed initial and ongoing due diligence of third party finders within the Strategic Partnership Program. Partner with Operations teams to ensure operational risk is managed within proper boundaries. Integrating product management with key business partners across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, Operations, Technology, Business Development Group, and Wells Fargo Investment Institute among others. Build/design control infrastructure through newly created policies, procedures, and guidance documents.  Act independently with minimal supervision/direction while taking initiative and responding quickly and professionally in a fast paced structured environment. Manage multiple small/medium size projects that included partnering with Operations, Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Product Marketing and other departments/LOB as needed. Point of contact for all issue management items related to covered advisory programs.  Subject Matter Expert for Wells Fargo Compass portfolio management strategic initiative partnering with multiple lines of business: Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Wells Fargo Asset Management, and top of house.

 Performed cost analysis to upgrade the departments support teams to wireless headsets which resulted in upgrading the entire department and an increase in productivity within the teams.  Reviewed escalated issues and resolved the issues in a timely manner keeping the requestor informed while acting as a SME for Outgoing Transfers.  Created document to facilitate the exchange of documents with Mutual Funds to help remove delay from paperwork being sent into the incorrect department.  Coordinated with Risk Management and Compliance on restriction review Compose Diversity and Inclusion department events while adhering to budgetary constraints.
