Until 2013, a senior leader within Police Specialist Operations with extensive experience in Counter Terrorism Security, Firearms Command and Emergency Planning. Responsible for the project management and delivery of Political Conferences between 2008 and 2013. During which period introduced innovative practices to accommodate the needs of the business and growing residential communities whilst reducing the cost of delivery by over £4m. Simultaneously working alongside the coordination of the security with HMG and Olympic delivery partners for all Manchester based elements of the London 2012 Olympics including the NW leg of the Torch Relay and the Counter Terrorism advice for the build of the joint GMP and Counter Terrorism NW headquarters and custody complex.
