I have been a dispatcher for 10 years, I’ve been in the towing industry 95% of my life as my father was also in the industry. As a supervisor in the industry I am required to dispatch a fleet of 30+ tow trucks and route them efficiently to customers needs and company’s needs. I manage a team of dispatchers and call receivers to insure quality and efficient customer service and public services. I also train any and all new-coming employees and set their schedules according to company specifics and employee needs. I am a very organized and punctual employee and expect my crew to be the same!
