Responsible for Support Staff scheduling to ensure consistent program/client coverage, In collaboration with Program director oversee modifications and logistics of program schedule, oversee all medical appointments along with updating medication binder, oversee the organization of client outings, Perform interventions for AMA blocks, Respond to emergency situations and provide leadership, organize client moves, Ensure property is safe, comfortable and well maintained, Serve as co-facilitator for staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborate with Program Director to ensure all notes are complete and items are addressed in a timely manner and incident Report management

Observe and document clients meds being taken while in treatment, Ensure property is safe, comfortable and well maintained, Provide safe and responsible transportation for clients to doctors appointments, Outings and 12 step meetings, Conduct random urine analysis collections, conduct daily B.A’s, Gather clients and get them in group and sessions in a timely manor And offer advise and guidance to clients going through a hard time.
