I am a passionate and committed consumer advocate. Started to help build Independent Rail Retailers into an effective, useful trade body. Helped Heathrow Area Transport Forum focus on key issues: improving bus services, Heathrow Southern Rail project and parking issues.I successfully led Transport Focus for a number of years helping it to become a useful and respected consumer organisation. Staff retention and satisfaction was high. Transport Focus's insight work was relied on and commissioned by many - high quality research, done efficiently and quickly become the norm. We pioneered representative work into, among other things, the EV charging experience, lorry driver facilities and bus passenger satisfaction.Founded my own consultancy, Consumer Focus, that helps organisations clarify their purpose, set meaningful objectives, motivate staff and deliver for consumers.
