My career to date has been based in the UK Insurance Industry, moving from initial roles working directly in business areas to my recent positions which have been more change focused, typically aligned to major transformation programmes. I am viewed as a ‘go to’ person for Business / Functional Analysis skills and have over 30 years of General Insurance subject matter expertise gained across a variety of settings.I typically work either as the Lead Business Analyst on smaller projects, or as a Functional Lead on larger engagements where I would expect to both face off to key Business Stakeholders and manage the work undertaken by the Analysis teams. I have particularly enjoyed the team management and mentoring aspects of my role and have supported several of my team members in achieving promotions.More recently I have been delivering formal internal Business Analysis training within Capgemini as well as becoming one of a selected panel to facilitate the ‘Core Consultancy Skills’ training for new joiners to the company.
