CurrentWork closely with colleagues and counterparts from Porsche AG as a trusted global team member in the support of Global IT-OperationsReview of all assigned production systems in job processing and execution as well as notifying second level support as necessary on processing exceptionsMonitoring of the local network and of Porsche’s Global Network for compliance, notifying of appropriate support vendors and management as necessary Ensurance of the following of Security policy in regard to systems accessConfiguration, maintainance and troubleshooting of Cisco VPN accessCreation, change or delete of Lotus Notes and LAN users and providing support for telephone systemsEnsurance of scheduled service calls and maintenance, report of exceptions to management as necessaryProviding on call after hours support for all systems
