- Communicates all changes across team and upward to management - Point of contact for management when creating, modifying and implementing processes and procedures- Provide a safe and secure work environment by implementing best practices, physical and electronic routines - Create and implement training and development of new STSS team members, backups and management, including continuing to mentor and retrain as needed- Review and research report data to identify irregular activity, including receipt errors, pulling discrepancies and possible pallet adjustment errors. - Perform daily, weekly and monthly audits and inspections to identify potential loss attributed to operational shortage or Theft & Fraud activity- Read, interpret and effectively communicate policies and procedures to others- Establish and maintain effective relationships with my peers, vendors and management in order to effectively collaborate across departments- Executes emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.

- Pull and ship freight with various forms of forklift equipment (OP, RR, RC, TR, and PR)- Inventory point of contact. Review and work inventory reports to provide accuracy within the warehouse. - Help team members in need with various receiving, warehousing and shipping problems - Train new and seasoned group leaders and team members in the outbound department, including processes and equipment usage- Input incoming trailers, generate and work daily reports, seal and trailer verification upon yard admittance

- Train all department staff on job duties, policies and procedures. - Point of contact for department management regarding department and staffing concerns- Assess stock levels of product within department, restocking, and ordering- Ensure the department aisles promote an environment that is appealing and safe- Monitor daily schedule to ensure adequate coverage; ensure associates can take their breaks at the scheduled times- Know store sales goals and set personal goals to support store results- Observe associates and provide feedback on performance to Department Supervisor- Provided customer service, stocker, inventory- Back up cashier as needed
